Teamo is our club management system which provides us with our own club app and GDPR compliant communications system.
We use it to keep members up to date with everything that is happening in the club, confirm match availability and match selection.
Join Teamo to register and join the club by clicking here, and get the app.
Over 18: Complete the ‘adult registration form’.
Under 18: Have a parent/guardian complete the ‘junior registration form’ on their behalf, even if playing for our adult teams this year.
Costs of running the club have risen and we are taking a measured approach with membership fees to ensure our future financial stability.
The club is run entirely by volunteers, but rising equipment costs, lighting costs and pitch fees means that membership fees must increase. Despite this increase, compared to other clubs in our leagues, we still represent excellent value for money.
Match fees remain unchanged at £5 per game.
Rates for the 2024/25 season:
FULL MEMBERSHIP: U14s and older (school Year 8 and upwards): £120
We have introduced the ability spread payments over 8 months - £15.50 per month. Total payable is £124, with the extra £4 covering fees incurred by the club. Contact our Treasurer to get the payment method adjusted on Teamo.

The club has invested in a completely new match kit for the new season.
Your match shirt, and number, will be allocated at the beginning of the season and the shirt is then your responsibility.
If you lose it you will need to pay £25 to replace it.
Senior members regularly representing the club in league matches and England Hockey competitions can use the new kit outlined above, however players will need to purchase KLHC socks (£9) via our Kit & Equipment Coordinator.
Players also need to wear black shorts.
Members are not required to wear specific KLHC training kit for training sessions – any sports kit can be worn.
Black cool t-shirts, shorts/skorts and KLHC socks should be worn. Socks can be purchased via our Kit & Equipment Coordinator.
